At Professional Catering, we provide only catering services - we have never been a restaurant that does catering on the side. We can dedicate all of our time, staff, equipment and planning to our clients...and we think it shows!

Professional Catering services a diverse clientele, and our events include everything from weddings to small boardroom luncheons to 1,200 guest conferences. We have catered 600 guest formal plated dinners, and 5,000 guest employee appreciation cookouts. And we have catered high-end intimate dinners for just a few special guests – including a governor, congressmen, and many of our local business and university leaders. Our services are often around the clock, and we cater breakfast, lunch and dinner, even if those meals occur in the wee hours of the morning for a third shift corporate staff holiday meal. While most of our events are full service – with china, glassware, and formally dressed staff, we also provide casual disposable ware barbecues, and box meals with delivery only. There is only one rule – we “cater” to our clients’ needs.
